Every business should have a Facebook page as well as a website. It gives your customers--and potential customers--a chance to learn more about your business. Different than a website, Facebook pages are interactive. They provide an opportunity for customers to share their good experiences with your company with their Facebook friends while also providing feedback about your business to you. Every time a happy customer makes a post to your Wall or "likes" your page all of their friends see it. Their friends may in turn visit your page simply because their friend recommended it. That's the beauty of social networking: friends trust their friends' opinions. It means a lot when a friend recommends a worthy business.
